In 2007 Capt. Ajay Badamikar, a veteran mariner witnessed the pain and non-productive engagement of resources hampering the smooth (asset) takeover of ships by a major ship owning company. They had purchased those ships from another company and were integrating into their fleet. As a seasoned seafarer himself, he could relate to troubles and gaps and thus set up Crest Global Solutions, purposed to offer bespoke services and solutions to marine logistics problems. Later in 2015, Triumph Marine Services was formed with enhanced scope, by providing supply chain and logistic solutions that allow ship managers to focus on their core functions. Customers have benefited from this arrangement in terms of time and money and have acknowledged the value addition brought to their table.
